You could add some thickening agent which doesn’t affect the taste too much, like Xanthan Gum ?

A good options for overly ripe plums, is plum wine btw :yum:

I had chinese takeaway last night - hot and sour soup and spicy salt and pepper ribs. I can’t eat all the ribs after teh soup, so I let them cool, then strip them, chop up the meat and pop into an omelette :slight_smile:

Lunch today was nommy!
