Just been doing a wee bit Uni work on API’s and was introduced to NASA Astronomy picture of the day.

Have registered a key to use it. So if you fancy a wee picture every day shown on your web tab somewhere I have attached a wee HTML page you can use. Now have not been arsed to format it nicely yet. May get round to it. But at least opens And should refresh every day.

Anyway, just messing about with uni stuff and thought it was pretty cool. You can get it from my onedrive below. Save it locally as an HTML and bookmark it. And if any web dev gurus @n0tch ahem, fancy smarting it up. Fire away.

Japan developing wooden satellites to cut space junk - BBC News

…Saying that, the ‘artists impression’ in the article is a wooden box with some PCBs in it. I mean, not being funny. I could have done that.

Haha I’m not sure they do jumbo seating so I don’t think I’d have much of a chance!

Not unless they wanted a counterweight for a space station anyway!!

Cannot wait to see good things tomorrow.

Only just started to watch this, but this guy worked on Curiosity for 7 years himself.

Holy shit, this is a pretty cool thing! Detailed surface map of Mars, ala Google Maps and tracking the location of Perseverance.
